Order Processing Time

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (Pan India): ₹49 on orders below ₹499

Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹499

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier availability, destination, and unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your order status directly through the courier partner’s tracking page.
Shipment Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We take great care in packaging your products securely.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at chandramaniherbal@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
If your package is lost or stolen, we will work with our delivery partners to investigate and help resolve the issue.
International Shipping
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
We currently ship only within India.
